g2bs respects the privacy of our corporate website users and use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your privacy is protected.  Our website and/or cloud software and/or mobile application is owned and operated by g2bs, a limited company registered in Scotland company number SC230789.

First time and returning users do not need to register,  create log in credentials or provide any personal details prior to being able to navigate to any part of our public facing web pages. g2 Business Services will only receive  your e-mail address in the event of you contacting us with an enquiry. In such cases, the only information gathered will be that which is supplied voluntarily in the body  of the e-mail sent to us.

(b) personal data provided through a g2bs cloud software contract will be stored in the UK; and for the purposes of our cloud software product development and/or cloud software back up processes we  may store a strictly limited amount of personal data [g2bs cloud software username and e-mail address which is deemed to be low risk] in countries which are not part of the EEA, as these countries  may not have data protection laws which are as strong as the UK or EEA. This means g2bs will take appropriate additional steps to ensure that this limited personal data is treated just as safely  and securely as it would be within the UK under the GDPR. g2bs use UK and offshore based software development resources. Whereas software development is carried out in the UK, testing and QA is  in part carried out offshore. To protect this limited personal data g2bs operate to, and implement, strict organisational and technical measures to protect the rights of any data subject.  The information is strictly limited and solely for the legitimate purpose of g2bs cloud based software product development and/or back up processes.

g2bs DO NOT share your personal data with any third parties for any purposes subject to the TWO legitimate exceptions set out below:

There is not normally any charge for an SAR unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover g2bs administrative costs in responding.
